The units are fine, spotless. The location is marvellous if you want to see a temple and a castle walk from the hotel.

The helpful staff, good location, near to main shopping, very good breakfast, nightly entertainment in bar area, where our room was located very quiet (of course some over the bar noisy) good value. I would stay there again, for a short visit.(I Like to stay in different hotels/ guest houses, during Dublin visits.
The traffic outside, and the noise in the street .

The hotel was really good much more than I expected! Room was spacious (double) extremely clean, towels changed every day, staff is very friendly and helpful (I have changed my stay from 2 days to 7 and the lady at reception extended my booking so that I didn't even had to move to another room despite the hotel bas busy) bathroom very clean and tidy. Irish breakfast is very good and huge. Location is perfect- one block from the spire which is on O'Connel str. And in the center of it, no bus required to get to all major tourist attractions, shops, bars etc all in walking distance. Very good restaurant and bar with every day live music -very genuine. Definitely will stay there more and recommend to friends.

I thought of value for price when I booked here and I wasnt disappointed. The rooms are basic but that is enough for me especially at this price point. The staff is very nice and friendly.

it.s a great location and there is a good restaurant and bar plus the staff are very helpful!
though there is a lift service the building is old and has a lot of split level floors and some of the steps and stairwells can be quite unforgiving particularly if you have a large bag as i did as i was staying there because i was flying to thailand the following day from dublin airport!

The owner was very nice but some of his employees were not . I do not recommend this hotel . It is over priced and does not have the authentic charm it boasts of .

It was very close to city center and to major attractions. It was also very close to central bus station.
Smell of the room was disturbing.
